Core Therapy, LLC serves TEENS, adults, and first responder trauma survivors with PTSD. Individual therapy and group therapy is available in person on Maui island and telehealth for all other Hawaii islands and Texas. From childhood abuse, divorce, teen bullying, Lahaina fires and the recent Kona Low floods, I hold big space for trauma with the goal to increase self confidence with self love utilizing the modality Internal Family Systems (IFS).

After decades of experience, my "specialty" is simply authenticity and trauma. Offering group therapy is a unique key component of my services, offering a safe space to be validated and to learn from other locals. If you already have an individual therapist - that's awesome! - and you are still welcome to groups!

I work for clients experiencing the aftermath of trauma. From divorce, to grief, to fire victim, family dysfunction and sexual abuse, trauma can present itself in anxiety attacks, nightmares, fear and self hatred. Post trauma can also be fake smiling, feeling alone in all the crowds, thoughts such as "I'm not worthy" or "it's all my fault." Yes, healing from trauma is a journey, but worth it.
