Let's Connect (541) 595-3430
**Not accepting new clients at the moment** ---------------------------------------------------- Looking for support with ASD, trauma recovery, anxiety management, ADHD, or challenging interpersonal dynamics? I enjoy connecting with clients ages 8 and up navigating a broad range of experiences, concerns, and hopes. Let me know your vision of counseling, your intention to use private insurance or out-of-pocket fee for service, and your availability for appointments and I will respond and help you gauge if we're a good fit.
As an integrative therapist with special skills in existential counseling, DBT, trauma-informed CBT, sandtray therapy, trauma processing and recovery, and somatic based interventions, I customize my approach to best fit each client or family system so you get relief and can show up as your whole self.
At Core Healing Professionals, we abide by the wisdom, 'First Heal Thyself' and consistently participate in personal wellness practices to insure our whole selves are grounded and we are completely able to show up for you fully, with our attention and skillset at the ready to promote your success.

Groups
Sober Curious Peer Support Group
**NEW LOCATION AS OF 7/26/24** This is a peer-led support group focused on those who are curious about re-assessing their relationship with alcohol and other substances. Rather than subscribing to an all-or-nothing approach to sobriety, we aim to create a space that reduces shame and stigma around alcohol consumption. You do not have to want to be sober to participate. However, this group is not recommended for those with serious substance use disorders, and we may offer referrals to those who need more comprehensive support. There is no cost to attend and drop-ins are always welcome!
