Hello! Have you been looking for someone to talk to? My therapeutic approach is person centered and eclectic in nature. I believe all human beings have the need to be heard and understood. I provide a safe space that is based on mutual respect and trust. I see myself as a mirror for reflection and a guide to different paths of choice. My goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves by healing old wounds, having awareness in the present and hope for the future.
I have experience working with clients that have past or current trauma or difficult life experiences and am well versed in working with telltale symptoms of depression, anxiety, or mood disorders. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor that has worked with abstinence-based clients and medication-assisted clients.
