with confidence and clarity. I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 10 years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings. I work with adults (18–62) who are motivated to heal and ready to explore new ways of living with greater peace and fulfillment. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals, working professionals, or moms
juggling multiple responsibilities, who may feel worn down, disconnected, or unable to rest despite their accomplishments.
