About
Do you want relief? Here you are looking for a therapist, you want a change, you don’t want to feel this way anymore, and yet starting this journey to wellness is difficult. Your feelings are valid. I do what I do because people are resilient and getting help shows that resiliency. I provide a caring, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for people to heal. My specialty is trauma and I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing); a great modality not only for trauma but other struggles as well. If you feel stuck, I can help.
I tailor my approach to the individualized needs of each client. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, I will work with you to resolve your most pressing concerns, gain insight into how you have been impacted by your past experiences, and relieve discomfort and emotional suffering. Our work will focus on the core issues to establish long-term wellness.
I promote a gentle, warm, and compassionate environment with some humor to provide a safe and calm place for healing. I am here to help you, I am here to empower you to find meaning and live the life that you want to live. I care about you and I will do what I can to help you get what you need.
