My name is Cordelia Smith I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Carolina girl now based in Florida and working with clients in FL and NC via telehealth. I work with Adults and Seniors and specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, and Caregiver support. While there are various approaches to therapy, I firmly believe it is not a one-size-fits-all treatment approach. I commonly incorporate a combination of treatment approaches that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Mindfulness techniques.
My own life experiences and challenges, personal growth, and intuition deeply influence how I support and treat clients. I work with Adults and Seniors and specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, and Caregiver support.
