My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your vulnerabilities. I use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic (CBT) approach.
CBT allows me in helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more constructive ways of thinking. In our first few sessions, we will focus on building rapport and understanding your current, past, and future circumstances to create a plan for growth and healing.
