Welcome! I have several therapeutic interests, including couples work and working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar symptoms (depression and mania), trauma histories, performance issues (e.g., sexual, work, athletic, and academic), relational or personality problems, and spirituality issues. Assessment Interests: I provide evaluation services for children (7+) and adults who are suspected to have autism, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, mood (e.g., bipolar), and personality disorders. I also provide supervision to LPC candidates and psychology fellows.
I believe all can benefit from the dialogues that occur in therapy. I operate from a relational perspective centered on the views and contexts of the people I work with. In this way, I adapt existing theoretical paradigms such as psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and dialectical behavioral theories to fit the work we aim to accomplish.
