Have you and your partner hit a wall? Does it feel like you are fighting all the time or walking on eggshells? As an individual, are you struggling with soothing your anxiety, managing depression, or processing traumas? I use evidence-based practices and a non-religious perspective to tailor my therapy practice to your personal goals. I see clients from 9 AM - 6 PM Tuesday - Friday.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate with a Master’s in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oklahoma State University, I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to identify the personal and relational patterns that may keep them feeling stuck.
My style is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental with a touch of humor and fun. Together, we’ll explore and overcome adversity, set clear goals, and practice new ways of relating so that change lasts beyond the therapy room. If you’re ready to begin, I'm excited to work with you!
