There’s no “right” way to grieve and you don’t have to go through it alone. Many of my clients feel stuck between wanting to move forward and not knowing how to carry what they’ve lost.
In our work together, we create space for your emotions without pressure or judgment. I use a gentle, trauma-informed approach that may include EMDR and somatic work to help you process grief and feel more grounded. For those who want it, we can also incorporate faith and spirituality into the healing process.
