Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don't have to have to be experiencing a crisis before you decide that it's the right time. I'm Coralie, a licensed clinical social worker in the Broward County area, working with adolescents, young adults, and adults ready to feel more like themselves.
My experience with teens spans both the middle school setting and private practice. I work closely with parents to support the whole family, while protecting the privacy teens need to feel safe opening up. With young adults and adults, I bring that same collaborative approach to whatever stage of life you're navigating.
My approach is holistic and integrative- I look at the full picture to understand what's really driving the problem, not just its symptoms. I draw on CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship struggles, at a pace that fits you.
Therapy works best as a genuine partnership, and I bring warmth, honest feedback, and a real belief in your capacity for growth. I know reaching out is often the hardest part.
