My heart is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Life can be overwhelming, and carrying that weight alone can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure of where to turn. In our work together, I walk alongside you as we gently explore what has been holding you back and develop healthier, more sustainable ways to cope.
I work with teens, adults, and seniors facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, women’s issues, and life transitions. Sessions are appointment-based, and un rushed, tailored to your needs using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, to support healing, resilience, and emotional clarity.
Therapy at Restored Wellness & Recovery follows a therapy-first approach focused on emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and long-term healing. Integrative wellness services may support therapy when appropriate, but are always optional. Together, we build coping skills, resilience, clarity, and self-trust so you can move forward feeling grounded.
