I am often asked why I chose to become a therapist, my answer is the most obnoxious one: 'I didn't choose my profession, my profession chose me'. I know, cliche as I may come across as, I truly feel this is accurate within my career passion. I did not intend on becoming a therapist as I continued my education at The University of St. Mary's, but as I stumbled onto a psychology course as an elective, I was done for. I realized this is the focus I wanted to pursue. I love that my work is to empower, enlighten, support, and assist in growth for a more positive tomorrow.

I currently only provide sessions within a remote or virtual office setting at the moment. Therefore, I work with all clients for whom this platform is appropriate to continue to grow. Unfortunately, that requires appropriate focus and communicative skills.

Throughout my life, I have been described as a "calming presence", feedback from current and past clientele reported feeling safe to discuss details with me without fear of judgment. I prefer to communicate with purpose and direction, so I may be direct at times.
