I work with those who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck in an “always doing, never resting” cycle—especially those who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, or the belief that they can’t make mistakes. Growing up and navigating my twenties, I learned to aim for perfection as a way to avoid criticism and judgment. Over time, that pressure caught up with me and led to burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Through my own journey, I came to understand just how much our past experiences shape how we show up in our lives today. Fortunately, this has helped me truly understand what clients are going through.
In working with you, we would unpack the pressure that you've placed on yourself and explore how anxiety, perfectionism, and overworking may have become survival strategies rather than sources of fulfillment. Together, we would strategize and work through current stressors while gently examining how various experiences continue to be impactful.
My goal is to help slow things down for you, and create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can show up fully as yourself, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with your sense of worth. Clinical Group Supervision - Virtual
I provide group supervision to mental health professionals needing to complete their clinical hours, obtain outside support, or gain consultation. I am experienced in providing supervision for those who work with children, adolescents, and young adults involving challenging life events, such as transitions, racial identity, adulting, imposter syndrome, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and past traumatic moments. My approach is reflective and is meant to bring out a person’s strengths. My aim is that clinicians can be properly supported in their work and that they can grow adequately as a clinician.
