Please note I am not accepting new clients at this time. Whether you are seeking help in coping with daily stressors or in healing from the effects of trauma, I am here to help you feel more connected, complete, alive and present in your life and relationships. As your therapist, I am committed to creating an emotionally safe and compassionate space for your unique process to unfold.
I am a trauma specialist with 10+ years of experience working with survivors of sexual violence. I use integrative, neurobiological approaches to treatment, because I firmly believe that our heads are connected to our bodies, and thus approaches to healing must address the whole person.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, collaborative, creative, and adaptive. I am deeply committed to diversity and inclusivity, to creating a welcoming environment for patients of all backgrounds, and I am an LGBTQ++ affirmative therapist. I also particularly enjoy working with other mental health clinicians. I look forward to hearing from you.
