Briarwood Counseling seeks to help people who are struggling to figure out how to feel better in their lives. Cora works with individuals, couples and families struggling with depression, anxiety, life and relationship transitions into and out of parenthood, grief, loss, and rebuilding after abuse and trauma experiences. Sometimes people just feel "stuck" and want their lives to look different or want to move into a more positive space. Cora helps sift through the trouble and find solutions and move forward. Cora loves working with people who want to know themselves better.
Cora specializes in individuals struggling with depression, and anxiety. She also specializes in couples work and is Gottman and EFT trained. Cora works with couples approaching parenthood and navigating the changes parenthood brings. She has specialized training in trauma, abuse and attachment issues to support romantic and family relaitonships.
