We often have what we need within us to heal, but sometimes anxiety, depression, or internal conflict can get in our way from making the progress that we want to feel. Do you want to wake up on time but depression makes it difficult? Or, are you having difficulty starting or completing projects? Tele-therapy can help you cope with the stressful things in your life, so that you can move forward in how you want to. I can provide virtual therapy to anyone in Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Washington state. I have extensive experience and abundant joy working with folks in the LGBTQ+ & poly/nonmonogamous communities.
In therapy, we'll talk through problems, explore emotions, set boundaries, or cope with symptoms to help unlock change or understanding in order for you to heal, recover, and grow. I love integrating a client's hobbies or passions into therapy, so please share your love of soccer, fantasy novels, or crafting and we'll work it into our therapy!
I believe that your identity, history, relationships, and strengths matter in how I work with you. I will empower you to choose what you want to work on in therapy but I'll also encourage you to look at the entire picture of your whole self, rather than only focusing on what's "going wrong."
