Life is messy. And hard and complicated. It doesn't matter if you are a kid, a parent, a teen, or adult we all thrive when we have relationships to connect us to ourselves, families, and our world during stressful times. What I do best is create a space (physical or emotional) for healing within ourselves and relationships. I work with people of all ages, and especially love working with kids and their caregivers, to focus on healing and understanding.
I use play therapy with kids 3 years and older and I work with their parents to teach about child development and ways to strengthen the relationships. I use creative expression including art, music, story writing, play, and visuals for those that find it difficult to express themselves with words.
