I work with many Postpartum Depression clients whose depression has now manifested into anxiety. Hormones are everywhere and I help women understand why they are feeling overwhelmed as a new mother and how to find solutions to their problems. Sometimes we walk the pregnancy together. Also, I have a variety of relationship, marital, depression, anxiety, and domestic violence clients. Life can be a challenge and sometimes we feel unworthy or unsure of ourselves. Very understandable. I help clients regain their inner strength, courage, and self-worth, to face life challenges.
I can help you be the best version of yourself. Eliminate worry with answers and decrease depression with positive thinking.
I am sympathetic to life struggles and have faced many of the challenges that my clients have faced. Experience is the best teacher in life, if we learn the lesson. You are not alone in your journey.
