The individual who seeks a warm but direct, funny but serious therapist, will work best with me. Those who have struggled with clutter or whose family member is struggling with clutter or hoarding disorder will experience my commitment and experience with hoarding.
IF you are in a mental health crisis, please call 911. I am NOT a crisis counselor. I utilize the work of Somatic Experiencing for treatment of trauma. In addition, I incorporate the work of Gail Sketekee and Randi O. Frost for Treatment of Hoarding. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when it is the most appropriate modality.
We will work together to discover the parts of you who accept that things need to change and the parts of you who protect the status quo. Always honoring the survivors instinct, I invite you to rise up to the Challenge of becoming You and experiencing your True self. I ask clients to perform behavioral experiments, read articles, and purchase workbooks.

This will be a time-limited and repeating group limited to 8 members. The group members commit to their personal growth and support to each other for a definite period (3 months). Members can grow through increasing self-awareness, getting in touch with default coping strategies, and challenging unhealthy behavioral and relational habits. The group experience serves as a ‘microcosm’ of a member’s own experience with family and other relationships, so group process allows for more rapid and dynamic growth than can occur in individual therapy alone. This group is designed for “graduates” of recent, completed individual therapy.
