The individual who seeks a warm but direct, funny but serious therapist, will work best with me. Those who have struggled with clutter or whose family member is struggling with clutter or hoarding disorder will experience my commitment and experience with hoarding.
IF you are in a mental health crisis, please call 911. I am NOT a crisis counselor. I utilize the work of Somatic Experiencing for treatment of trauma. In addition, I incorporate the work of Gail Sketekee and Randi O. Frost for Treatment of Hoarding. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy when it is the most appropriate modality.
We will work together to discover the parts of you who accept that things need to change and the parts of you who protect the status quo. Always honoring the survivors instinct, I invite you to rise up to the Challenge of becoming You and experiencing your True self. I ask clients to perform behavioral experiments, read articles, and purchase workbooks.

Family-As-Motivators Training (or FAM Training for short)—was developed to teach close family and friends of individuals with hoarding how to approach this problem with their loved one in the most effective way possible. Ultimately, the goal of FAM Training consists of increasing treatment-seeking behavior among loved ones with hoarding, as well as increasing the wellbeing of family members.
