Hi, I'm Copley I specialize in individual, family and couples counseling. I especially enjoy helping women who seek assistance coping with depression, anxiety and/or struggles with self-worth and relationships. I especially enjoy helping women and others in need of therapeutic support. I am comfortable treating depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, adjustment and career concerns.
I typically integrate multiple clinical approaches based on what my client's goals are and what preferences they may have. I include CBT, motivational interviewing, person centered, Adlerian, Jungian, Freudian.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to be themselves and growth into their coping skills. What attracted me to being a therapist was the beauty is helping others reach their personal goals. I too had great therapist and wanted to be a helper for others.
