I have over 15 years of experience working with adults, couples and families.
My experience includes working with relationship challenges, affairs, sexual identity, depression, anxiety, high tech work related stress, career concerns, loss, infertility, parenting, and various life transitions. I have training in emotion focused couples therapy, systems and psychodynamic approach, and in dealing with culturally sensitive issues.
My aim is to create a safe and trusting space for you to explore and question deeply entrenched belief systems and feelings which were once useful, but no longer serve you well. This process will allow you to be much more intentional in how you relate with yoursef, and with significant others.
