Many present with undiagnosed Mental Health. They struggle with how to navigate through life without developing adequate skillset to improve their quality of life. Anxiety, depression, trauma related stress , addiction, mood disorders and the list goes on as people report struggling daily . They are looking to develop healthy coping skills, develop improved self care and navigate through relationships across environments. They desire to be present and mindful as they become empowered, informed and developing the best version of self with continued growth. They often hold on to hope of being better not bitter.
I have been active in the field for 30 years. I have worked in a milieu of settings. While providing evidenced based practice, the treatment setting is private, relaxed and inviting. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed through the state of Pennsylvania and a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am currently working with adults 18+.
