I am Licensed Professional Counselor (7196) by the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors. I graduated from Southern University and A&M College with my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I conduct the therapy I provide for my clients through morals and values of the Christian faith integrated with Cognitive-Behavior Therapy. Cognitive-Behavior Therapy is defined as challenging set beliefs and replacing those beliefs with more realistic beliefs. In result, it will promote adaptive behaviors within the client. I also integrate other theories in the therapy provided.
I was recently trained on Prepare/Enrich and now I am Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. Prepare/Enrich helps dating, engaged, newlywed, married, remarried, and retired couples.
