I work with BIPOC women in various transitional stages of their lives, who would like to address disconnection in their interpersonal relationships; I also work with couples striving for interconnectedness after a rupture in the relationship. There’s no population I haven’t worked with, and this is what sets me apart. You will feel empowered to lead the life you always desired.

I am a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and couples counselor. I work with BIPOC women and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and stress within their interpersonal relationships. I also focus on increasing communication in couples who struggle with empathy after a break in trust.
