As a dedicated mental health professional, I specialize in providing compassionate support and evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of individuals, with a primary focus on adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating the complex terrain of anxiety and depression. I recognize that these life challenges can affect anyone at various stages, and my mission is to offer a safe and empathetic space for healing.
My approach includes the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a highly effective technique for addressing trauma and anxiety. Through EMDR and other evidence-based modalities, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them regain control over their lives, build resilience, and embark on a path towards mental wellness.
