My level of expertise includes anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, addictions, self-esteem issues, creating healthy boundaries, and couples therapy. I especially enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I practice a client strength based perspective and am goal oriented. I follow traditional therapy models, as well as holistic.
