Anger Management
The Anger Management group addresses emotional conflict one have with self or others. The group help individual's effectively learn how to express themselves without aggression and explosive behaviors. This group meets once a week via zoom at this time. If your interested in registering for anger management, healthy relationships, or one of the anxiety groups, you can call, or email or register on the consultwithranayan.com website. This workshop can be certificate based, you will earn a certificate after attending 8 weeks one hour a week. The anger management workshop certificate is honored by family court, criminal court and CPS.
