I have been a licensed independent social worker since 1987. My main focus of early practice was young children and families. For the past 20 years, I have worked primarily with teens and adults suffering from depressive and anxiety disorders as well as challenges which come from life changes, such as marriage, divorce, relocation, starting or ending college, change of job.

I divide my time between work as an academic counselor at a community college, and seeing private clients. I am happy to work with a variety of clients, from adolescents to people over 80.

I have been a practitioner of Iyengar Yoga for 20 years. I speak French well enough to travel independently in that country. Have traveled extensively in France, the UK, Western Europe, Mexico.
