Life can be an emotional roller coaster presenting us with highs and lows. My goal is to assist individuals in finding the opening to their life's mazes. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I take pride in providing support to those in need and it is a blessing to assist others in their walks of life. My specialties include self- care/ compassion, mindfulness and stress/ anxiety management . I utilize mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, as well as Solution Focused Therapy as a means to assist individuals process through the difficult times that individuals may be encountering.
I believe that every client is an individual and should be treated as such. We will work together to establish goals to move towards the healing you desire.
