I am a licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. When you find yourself struggling with life's challenges, such as increased stress, transitions, conflict, relationship problems, trauma, or loss, I am here to support you in getting back on track. My therapeutic approach integrates a variety of modalities to facilitate real and lasting changes.
