I create a safe nonjudgmental space where you can feel “truly” heard and understood. I offer a client-centered, holistic, and humanistic approach to counseling. I believe in helping clients break free from destructive behaviors and begin to heal the mind, body, and spirit. I do not believe that a person needs repair rather focusing on helping the person release what already lies within “you are valuable” “you are enough” and “you are worthy”.
I have experience with counseling a variety of clients including domestic violence, complex trauma, ptsd, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. I believe that it is a privilege and honor that my clients allow me to hear and hold space for their needs and struggles.
