I am a license clinical social worker/therapist providing psychotherapy for a broad range of psychological, emotional, and systemic issues of children, adolescents, and adults. I have over 3o years of experience providing mental and emotional support services to children, adolescents, and adults in psychiatric hospitals, juvenile facilities, community base facilities, schools, clinics and private practice. I have a passion for helping people heal within, change thinking errors, break negative cycles, and change their lives. I am skilled to empower clients to manage emotions, eliminate anxiety, depression, trauma, change Behavior.
I specialize in short term therapy. However treatment plans are driven by my client and tailored to meet individual needs. I also meet my clients where they are. Sessions are held in a safe therapeutic environment, and in some cases I can provide individual, couple and family therapy through virtual, telephone, client home, facilities, community settings.
I will never offer my client a magic button or quick fix solution to resolve difficult areas of his/her life. But what I will offer is compassion, expertise, knowledge, and advance skills to help empower you to successfully change behavior, heal brokenness, restore happiness and a sense of authenticity.
