As an experienced Somatic Trauma Therapist in Texas, I help moms, wives, and high-achieving women working through life's challenges involving complex trauma, anxiety, stress, relational issues, and other difficulties that have become a block in their lives. My practice goes beyond traditional 'talk therapy'; I believe in targeting the root of the disturbance that has become frozen within the body using faith-based principles and somatic-based interventions like biofeedback and Brainspotting modalities. The therapy space is held for you, the client, to heal the way the heart and brain were designed to.
My name is Constance Elaine, and my approach to therapy begins with the nervous system. Clients can expect an intuitive and compassionate experience where they can talk as little or as much as they would like about their issue or disturbance and are given tools they can implement immediately.
I grew up in Houston, Texas, and am a wife to a Firefighter and mom to four exceptional children. In my free time, I love hanging out in my backyard with my family or close girlfriends, eating a box of Boston Baked Beans, or enjoying a bottle of mineral water.
