Hello: I am Constance Durham, MA, MS, LMFT. I am licensed in the States of Louisiana and Nevada. I have worked with various populations ranging from substance abuse, domestic violence, childhood disorders, anxiety, depression both civilian and military families. My approach to therapy consists of respect, listening and understanding your needs and making sure you are heard. I offer a warm introduction and inviting environment that is a safe place to share your matters of the heart.
I utilize a holistic approach that includes a combination of modalities such as, cognitive behavioral therapy, compassion-focused therapy and solution-based therapy. The variety of these modalities help develop your capacity to combat anxious moments and feelings, cognitive distortions, PTSD and life stressors.
My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. My desire is to assure my clients feel comfortable to share their most personal information in a safe and non-judgmental space. My role is to ensure you are empowered to show up authentically.
