On your first visit we will discuss your concerns and identify what you'd like to achieve. We'll also set goals to track your progress. I like to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic approaches and use what has been shown to work. This includes cognitive-behavioral, narrative, mindfulness, SMART Recovery, and other techniques. Some advanced trainings include Gottman couples counseling, Dialetical Behavior Therapy, Parent Coordination and Mediation.
