Hi there, I'm Constance! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in Colorado since 2011. I believe that no matter who a person is, what they have been through, or where they have come from, change can be created and in turn, a better world. Resilience can be developed at any stage in life and is one of the greatest tools that you will ever have.
I have worked with a diverse population in community behavioral health as well as forensics, and crisis management. I am comfortable in treating many individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use disorders. I tend to have an open and honest dialog that is calm in nature. We will create a safe space to allow positive change to happen.
My therapeutic approach is goal-oriented, and I work closely with clients to establish clear and achievable goals. The journey to achieving goals may feel intimidating at first, but we will tackle each step together.
