Hi there, I'm Blair, and I’d love to be of service on your healing journey. My superpower is authentically connecting with clients and creating a space where all parts of you—the messy, the beautiful, the anxious, the weird, the wise, the angry, and even the parts you’d rather not share—are 100% welcome. Therapy isn’t just about healing; it’s also about discovery. I’m known to be a compassionately direct therapist who blends warmth, humor, and evidence-based approaches like Brainspotting, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and somatic awareness practices. My passion comes from my own journey through trauma, hardship, and self-reinvention.

I support folks 18 and up, navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship and career transitions, existential questions, and spiritual awakenings. I also offer psychedelic integration for those processing deep, transformative experiences.

Healing doesn’t have to happen in an office—I also offer walk & talk therapy in Denver parks during warmer months, for those who find movement and fresh air helpful in processing emotions.
