For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to help others. Active listening, being empathetic, and showing compassion for others during tough times has always come naturally to me. I strive to bring these natural strengths, as well as the tools I have learned throughout my time as a student, to give the best possible care to each of my clients/families/couples. I believe that a client should be able to leave each therapy session with a greater understanding and self-awareness of how they can navigate through their lives.
I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. I pursued my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University and graduated in 2021. I have experience working with families, children, adolescents, couples, and individuals. I specialize in Narrative, Emotionally Focused, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I believe that therapy should be a place where clients can navigate these changes or events without feeling shamed or judged.
