I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 3 years of experience working in the mental health field, including with young adults, children, and adolescents. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, interpersonal challenges, existential and spiritual concerns, and major life transitions.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the College of William & Mary in Virginia and my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University, where I completed my internship in counseling psychology at Temple's School of Pharmacy.
