It is my belief is that we are all capable of making positive change for ourselves! I have worked with clients both young and old, and have worked with couples and families. I have additional experience in counseling issues with addiction and substance abuse, careers and work, sports psychology, and counseling persons with disabilities.
I help my clients by putting them at the center of my approach. I concede that you (yes, you, reading this right now!) are the expert of your life, and it is my job to empathize with you and offer solutions that are tailored to you and your lifestyle. I frequently use mindfulness approaches and often encourage sitting with thoughts, feelings, and questions.
