I am a Trauma-Informed Therapist specialized in working with children ages 4 and older, adult, groups and families who experience anxiety, depression, addictions, domestic violence, stress, and sexual and child abuse. I strive to provide problem-solving-based technique that will help you to enhance your life and accomplish your goals. I truly believe that people have the potential to gain insight into their thoughts and feelings that will help them to improve their quality of life. I am a compassionate Social Worker with over 8 years of clinical experience dedicated to providing non-judgmental support in a collaborative environment.
I am trained and have significant experience in Internal Family System (IFS level 1), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play/Art Therapy, Structured Family Therapy, and Mindfulness as well as training in Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Spirituality, Cultural Sensitivity and more techniques in the counseling process.
My goal is to help people process traumatic experiences through different techniques to achieve mental and physical stability for my clients. By extending curiosity, compassion, and active listening skills, they will be able to understand and appreciate their efforts to help themselves.

A Domestic Violence support group offers a secure and compassionate atmosphere for victims of abusive relationships where they don’t have to face the aftermath of their pain alone. In this support group, they will have the opportunity to: Develop the strength, and courage to change their lives. Easing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Reduction of stress, depression, and anxiety; Have a space to share openly about their experiences and emotions; how they see themselves; care for themselves; interact with others; and Gain a feeling of empowerment.
