Uso técnicas cognitivo-conductuales (TCC) para identificar y cambiar patrones de pensamiento y conductas que te dañan, prácticas de mindfulness para aumentar la conciencia y reducir el estrés, Internal Family Systems (IFS) para armonizar tus diferentes partes, y exploración psicodinámica para comprender cómo el pasado influye en tus emociones.
