Are you looking for something beyond traditional talk therapy? For over 15 years I have offered a unique, holistic approach to therapy for teens and adults that blends concrete tools with deeper work around expanding consciousness and what we might call "spirituality." My focus aims to support healing and growth of the mind, body, and spirit based on your unique beliefs and preferences for a truly individually tailored experience. My practice integrates cutting-edge western science around the autonomic nervous system and research-backed models of therapy such as IFS, DBT, and CBT with eastern philosophy, meditation, and mindfulness.

As the co-founder of NJ's premier holistic psychotherapy practice, Quantum, I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, behavioral issues, trauma, and existential needs around finding greater meaning and purpose. I find my own spiritual and indigenous practices to only aid in my ability to support your journey.

Many of my clients appreciate the work of Ram Dass, Joe Dispenza, Dr. Gabor Maté and other modern spiritual thought leaders. I am particularly passionate about supporting clients who are preparing or integrating ceremonial plant medicine experiences, including ayahuasca, and consider myself a knowledgable yet humble resource for these modalities of healing.
