Accepting new clients for April and May 2026. I work primarily with adult men in NYC who struggle with ADHD, addiction, or are feeling stuck, lost, and disconnected. My goal is to help you become the person you want to be; to work with you to achieve the goals that matter most to you. I believe the most effective therapy integrates both past and present—exploring how past experiences shape current challenges, while actively practicing new strategies in and outside of sessions to create change. My main areas of focus include men's mental health, ADHD, addiction, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and issues with dating and loneliness.
What this means is I provide targeted therapeutic support the above issues & the many other issues connected with them. With 7+ years of experience as a therapist and life coach, I’ve successfully helped clients from age 12-50 navigate depression and anxiety, career issues, personality disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, & much more.
I also incorporate EMDR, an evidence-based approach that can help process and reduce the impact of past experiences, or overwhelming thoughts and feelings.
