I help individuals and couples navigate trauma and attachment wounds tied to anxiety, hypervigilance, overwhelm, shutdown, shame, perfectionism, and difficulty trusting. My approach is compassionate, direct, relational and attachment-based, grounded in nervous system awareness, shifting protective patterns, and strengthening internal/relational safety.
