As intimidating as therapy may seem, it is undoubtedly one of the most rewarding processes an individual can go through. I have such a deep appreciation for my clients as they show the willingness and commitment to improving their well-being. I believe that each client has their own unique set of strengths and through our collaborative efforts, will learn how to harness them to overcome their struggles.
Populations that I serve are law enforcement, veterans, and first responders. Additionally,
I have experience working athletes both in treatment and mentoring.
In treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, personality disorders, and self-esteem issues, I strive to utilize a trauma-informed perspective. This systematic and holistic approach emphasizes awareness, processing, and how we control our responses to our experiences. Ultimately, through this work, it allows for the healing of mind, body, and spirit.
I am a huge advocate for exercise, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle as it creates the perfect environment to achieve wellness across multiple domains. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the importance of harmonizing our mind and body and how transformative this process can be.
