Whether you are struggling with mental health, difficult life transitions, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you on your journey. My goal is to create a non-judgemental space where you feel accepted and empowered. I've had the privilege of spending several years supporting high school and college students, young adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. My areas of interest include holistic student success, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, life transitions/adjustments, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, oldest siblings, and blended families.
I believe in an, eclectic approach to therapy and incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and even humor into my work with clients. I recognize that no two people are the same, so I work to tailor my approach to offer what you want and need from our time together.
I firmly believe that it’s okay to be not okay. Seeking help is courageous and a sign of strength, not weakness. It would be a privilege to work with you to identify your strengths, develop your independence, find fulfillment, and learn skills to help you navigate the ups and downs of life. To accommodate busy schedules, I offer evening and weekend sessions.
