I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) based in Columbus, Ohio. I take a relaxed, collaborative, and conversational approach to therapy focused on helping clients feel genuinely understood, accepted, and comfortable being themselves. I feel that meaningful therapy starts with connection, warmth, and trust.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, stress, and life transitions (college, divorce, career changes). I especially enjoy working with “over-thinkers” — people who are highly self-aware, constantly analyzing, and often stuck in cycles of worry, perfectionism, or self-doubt.
I use evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Mindfulness and values-based work is core to my approach, helping clients build self-compassion and take action toward the life.
Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
