Searching for the right therapist is not only difficult, it’s redundant. So let me make this easy for you. My own life experiences have led me to work passionately with young LGBTQ+ and straight adults experiencing life transitions issues, anxiety, depression, grief, or ADHD. I am known for my direct and honest communication style — all in the comfort of couch cushions. I work to create a safe space by first focusing on building trust within the therapeutic relationship all while building self care routines and mental wellness skills. I welcome humor, “real talk” and (appropriate) self-disclosure is my jam.
My primary approaches to therapy are a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I enjoy connecting with clients and have been told I’m relatable, which allows clients to feel more comfortable opening up and unpacking.
